Pastry Slabs, Cakes & Layered Products

Cut pastry slabs, layer cakes, petits fours and Yule logs into clean, regular portions while preserving delicate textures and distinct layers. Recipe settings define slices, squares and rectangles. Depending on the configuration, product holding, edge trimming and automatic spacing prepare portions for packaging.

Portion tarts directly in their molds and cut fresh or frozen pastries in line. Multiple blades can increase output according to product width. Options include interleaver insertion, automatic blade cleaning and controlled transfer to the next production step.

Local trials & support

Test Your Product
in Connecticut.

Bring your product and production goals to our Terryville showroom, dedicated test bench and support center. Product trials and machine demonstrations help assess cutting quality, portion accuracy, spacing and handling before final engineering.

Factory Acceptance Tests can be arranged locally according to the project configuration. Our teams coordinate installation, commissioning, operator training and technical support.
